Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana’s youngest son, Harry, is celebrating his 32nd birthday today! Wow, time flies, doesn’t it?
Reads a tweet sent out by Kensington Palace: “Happy Birthday Prince Harry! We’ve received lots of lovely messages for HRH’s birthday – thank you!”
While Prince Harry has probably spent part of his day devouring a very royal cake and perhaps unwrapping some sweet birthday presents like a new iPhone or an electric razor, he has also used part of it to unveil an upcoming visit to Aberdeen on September 20.
“The visit will give Prince Harry an insight into the valuable work that is being done in support of young people in Aberdeen,” reads the announcement. “The day will focus on mentoring and sport as a means for social development, through community-led partnerships. He will also learn about the Scotland-based work of two organisations he works with: @DianaAward and @sported_UK.”
This year has thus far been a pretty memorable one for Prince Harry, as he visited Toronto to announce that the 2017 Invictus Games will be coming to Canada. He also managed to recruit his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, to humorously and innocently poke fun at the 2016 U.S. Invictus Games team.
Additionally, Harry joined forces with his brother and sister-in-law, Prince William and Kate Middleton, to bring awareness to mental health issues through the Heads Together initiative.
Happy Birthday Harry! Celebrate brilliantly!
